Online Yoga offers a convenient way to experience the holistic benefits of yoga in the comfort of your own home. With a caring and experienced teacher, you can save time on travelling to and from the studio and maintain your energy flow in order to stay in a good mood afterwards. Experience the power of yoga through the convenience of the internet.

Does it really work?

I practiced online yoga for a long time when Covid 19 hit hard and it did not feel safe to exercise in the regular gyms and studios. I can tell you from personal experience that with a good teacher who is passionate about her job, you will benefit from online yoga almost exactly the same way as practicing yoga in a studio. However, there are conditions to maximize the quality of your practice:

  •  Find a quiet place where you would not be disturbed

  • Share your video during the yoga session, so I can keep an eye on you for feedback and tips

  • Play some peaceful music (optional)

​

Other than that, it is all about your commitment as a yogi and my passion as an instructor! :)

Basics of Yoga 

  • Thursdays

          (18:00-19:00)

Morning Yoga 

  • Mondays & Thursdays (07:00-07:40)

Evening Yoga 

  • Fridays

        (19:30-20:30)

 

Yin Yoga

  • Fridays

        (15:00-16:00)​
